A fantastic couple of days training down here in South Devon. It’s been quite slippery under foot because of all the rain and yesterday I managed to get caught in a hale storm as I was running out of Salcombe (check out the rainbow picture!).
Every thing was put right today though – beautiful weather as I ran along the coastal path from Prawle which is part of the course I will be attempting in a few weeks. I did manage a spectacular fall though, but I was lucky that the gorse cushioned the blow to the head! A nice job for someone fishing all the thorns out tonight!
Happy running and don’t forget to read about our next challenge and visit our other site marlonthemotivator.com
