I first started taking photographs as a little boy in Africa – in fact there is a picture of me on safari in the Serengeti with my trusty camera round my neck aged about 6. When I started living in London aged 18 I would spend hours wandering the streets taking pictures of anything and everything.
Roll on to the present day and I’ve amassed thousands of pictures of my running adventures and travels from the last 6 years. Because of the nature of the expeditions and remoteness of the locations, in many cases, I was limited to a small iPhone. But as you can see the locations were spectacular!
A small selection of high quality prints and a book of pictures from my Pyrenees sojourn in 2016 will be available soon from my photographic site Andrew Townsend Photography . In the meantime if you want to use any of the pictures in the gallery or would like a print please get in touch.
